District 7 Chardonnay 2023 75cl Old Ballantruan lingering on sweet and clean–aDistrict 7 Chardonnay comes from the cooler winegrowing regions of Monterey County, where brisk wind and foggy conditions produce grapes with exceptional character, texture, and structure. The vineyards are planted on well draining bluffs, benches, and hillsides, giving the wine a distinctive profile. The grapes are harvested in the early morning to capture optimal flavour and acidity, then cold fermented in small lots and aged with a portion in
