Palate: Soft brioche and baked apple pie and soft cinnamon, a creamy caramel, soft honey notes, some strawberry and damson with a touch of tangy raspberry, soft ginger and sweet spices, a touch of milk chocolate, melon and syrup. A young dram with a greater aged
